We begin with A2 Gir cow milk and prepare curd traditionally before slowly churning it to separate makkhan naturally. The butter is then simmered carefully in small batches to create ghee with its characteristic aroma, grainy texture and richness. No shortcuts. No artificial flavouring. No unnecessary additives.
